for using Rank Chat
(1) These Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements regarding the use of the Rank Chat platform between Sascha Huber (hereinafter "Provider") and the user.
(2) Deviating terms of the user are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
(1) Rank Chat is a web-based SaaS platform for analyzing Google Search Console data using artificial intelligence.
(2) The Provider offers the user the following services:
(3) The exact scope of services depends on the selected plan (Free, Personal, Agency).
(1) Registration is carried out via Google OAuth. By registering, the user makes a binding offer to conclude a usage agreement.
(2) The contract is concluded when the Provider confirms registration.
(3) For paid plans, the contract is concluded upon successful payment confirmation by Stripe.
(1) Free plan: 10 prompts/month, unlimited properties
(2) Personal plan: 50 prompts/month, unlimited properties, Google Ads integration
(3) Agency plan: 250 prompts/month, unlimited properties, Google Ads integration, priority support
(4) The Provider reserves the right to adjust the scope of services. Material changes will be communicated to the user at least 4 weeks before they take effect.
(1) Current prices are available on the pricing page.
(2) For monthly billing, the fee is due monthly in advance.
(3) For yearly billing, the fee is due annually in advance. A discount is granted (2 months free).
(4) Payment is processed via Stripe. Stripe's terms apply.
(5) All prices include applicable VAT.
(1) For monthly billing, the contract is automatically renewed by one month unless cancelled no later than 24 hours before the end of the current term.
(2) For yearly billing, the contract is automatically renewed by one year unless cancelled no later than 4 weeks before the end of the current term.
(3) Termination can be made via the dashboard or by e-mail.
(4) The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
The user undertakes to:
(1) The Provider strives to ensure uninterrupted availability as far as possible.
(2) Technical availability of 100% cannot be guaranteed.
(3) Maintenance work is carried out outside business hours whenever possible.
(1) The Provider is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
(3) AI-generated analyses are provided for informational purposes only. The Provider assumes no liability for accuracy or completeness.

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
(2) Place of jurisdiction is Würzburg, provided the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
(3) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
